Kling 3.0 Pro is the higher-fidelity tier of Kuaishou's Kling 3.0, released alongside Standard on 4 February 2026. On fal it takes the same prompts, lengths, shapes and multi-shot storyboards as Standard and costs a third more per second: $0.112 silent or $0.168 with audio, and $0.196 with voice control. Kuaishou does not publish what changes under the hood; in our runs the visible difference is that Pro returned 1920 by 1080 where Standard returned 1280 by 720.

Anvisha's take
Pro's one visible upgrade over Standard on this set is resolution: every clip came back 1920 by 1080 rather than 1280 by 720, for a third more money. The pictures themselves are close cousins. The speaking woman, harbour and pour are marginally cleaner, the woodblock lighthouse is bolder and more graphic, and the text card is just as broken ('MODA SUMER SOSSSIONS'). If you need 1080p from Kling, Pro is how you get it below the 4K tier. If 720p is fine, Standard is the same model for less.

Kling's app gives every logged-in account 66 free credits a day, which buys a short 720p clip, and free outputs carry a watermark that cannot be removed. Paid plans run from $10 to $180 a month. The API and hosts like fal charge per second with no free tier.

What we noticed running Kling 3.0 Pro
- •Same failure as Standard: 'MODA SUMER SOSSSIONS' and an unreadable date line. Resolution did not help the lettering. See the animated title card clip.
- •Returned 1920 by 1080 without asking; Standard returned 1280 by 720 for the identical request. fal does not document the difference. See the product turntable clip.
- •Self-portrait: Asked for a director with a clapperboard and a crane shot; got a giant chrome K with a person walking through it. The model took the brand letter over the scene.

What Kling 3.0 Pro will not make
Kling runs under Kuaishou's content rules, which are stricter than Western vendors' on politics: coverage notes it blocks content about protests, political figures and criticism of government alongside the usual bans on sexual content, minors and real-person deepfakes. On fal the model runs behind the standard safety checker. Free-plan outputs in the Kling app carry a watermark that cannot be removed.
